2027-2028 Community Resource Development Funds Application
Dear Applicant,

Caring Partners of Morris & Sussex is seeking proposals from community organizations to create or expand programs that enhance the well-being, safety, and health of youth in Morris and Sussex counties. Please use this application to submit your complete proposal for consideration.

The following documents must be uploaded with your submission:

• Proposal Narrative
• Board of Directors list (nonprofit applicants only)
• Copies of any existing evaluation tools, surveys, assessment instruments, or participant feedback forms that will be used to measure program outcomes

Incomplete applications or proposals submitted after the deadline will not be reviewed.

The anticipated implementation date for awarded proposals is July 1, 2027.

All funding awards are contingent upon the availability of State funds. Final award decisions will be made at the discretion of the Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
